We were founded with the healthy dose of that tenacious independent Wyoming spirit that gets things done. We work with clients who value the communities they serve and who are not afraid of the hard work it takes to find the right path forward.
Our Wyoming roots are generational and we’ve developed relationships with our neighbors understanding the nuances found in communities across the state.
We know the folks that live in Park County have different perspectives than Sweetwater County. We know that industry drivers in Torrington are different from Pinedale. Understanding the current sociopolitical landscape, and the changes on the horizon, brings a perspective that delivers quality results for our clients.

Principal
Rebekah Fitzgerald is a veteran political and communication strategist, who has worked the last seven election cycles and has more than decade of experience using strategic communications to move policy initiatives, influence public perception, raise visibility of organizations, and get candidates elected. Her strengths lie in understanding the existing sociopolitical landscape and then developing a multi-faceted plan to move projects and ideas forward.
Prior to founding Fitzgerald Strategies Group, she spent seven years leading the communication and outreach efforts at the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, nearly two years outlining the top energy and environmental issues for state legislators across the country while with the Council of State Governments, and three years in the role as natural resource policy analyst to former Wyoming Governor, Matt Mead.
Through Fitzgerald’s professional experience she has consistently managed fast-moving, dynamic and complex issues. She knows that to come out on top you have to know the stakeholders and understand their motivations. It’s with this perspective she has helped put millions of dollars on the ground for various projects, led national award-winning communication campaigns, and helped guide candidates to historic campaign wins.
A fourth-generation Wyomingite raised in Buffalo, Fitzgerald has a B.A. in Political Science from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She currently lives in Sheridan, Wyoming with her husband, four kiddos.
